We were able to create convex and concave surfaces using mid-air ultrasound. In this paper, we compared three methods for creating these surfaces and find that the approach focusing on "position" is most suitable. Additionally, we used this method to investigate the spatial resolution.

We were able to create convex surfaces using mid-air ultrasound. In this paper, we created two convex surfaces within the newly defined mesoscopic scale and examined the spatial resolution, which is how close the two can be without being perceived as one.
